Dr. Vikram Shah is a world-renowned joint replacement surgeon and a pioneering healthcare entrepreneur who has revolutionized orthopedic surgery in India. He is the Founder, Chairman, and Managing Director of Shalby Hospitals, a multi-specialty chain that began as a 6-bed clinic in 1994 and has grown into the largest joint replacement center globally. Dr. Shah is internationally recognized for inventing the "Zero Technique" for Total Knee Replacement (TKR), a groundbreaking innovation that reduced surgical time from over an hour to just 8–10 minutes. He is the only Indian surgeon to serve on the Board of Designers of Zimmer Biomet (USA).
